I haven't follow closely, but I don't see the
following information in the responses, so...

P = Phenidone
Q = Hydroquinone
M = Metolo

PQ is a(ny) developer formulation based on the
presence of these two (P,Q) developing agents.

Likewise...

MQ is a(ny) developer formulation based on the
presence of these two (M,Q) developing agents.
