RE: salted paper and Arches Platine



Lukas, maybe you should try the shops specializing in Asian ingredients.  I
found this recipe when I did a search on "arrowroot":

Kalbfleischbrühe Mit Eiern und Soyasauce:  Kräftige Kalbsbrühe zur Hälfte
erkalten lassen und mit 2 Eßlöffeln Soyasauce und 2 Eßlöffeln Arrowroot
verrühren und in die kochende andere Hälfte gießen. Flamme kleinstellen,
drei Eier und einen Eßlöffel Essig hineinquirlen und mit etwas Sherry, zwei
Spritzern Tabasco und ganz feingehacktem Räucherschinken würzen.

Not in the shops I know here in Germany. I only find potato and corn
starch. When I once asked for arrowroot starch, I was answered: "This is an
alimentary store, you know!"
