bl and blb lamp question

hi all,
here is a newbie question that must be in
an faq somewhere ....

What type of uv lamps should be used for
an expoure box, bl or blb? does it matter?

how about wattage....I found some little blb tubes that run on 12vdc.
4 of these would make a nice 4x5 exposure box, if blb lamps work.

the bulbs are f4T5

thanks for any pointers or tips.

btw, I am currently working on toned cyanotypes from polaroid P/N 4x5
negs.
