Hi Dennis,

Yes. I have a copy in hand which I haven't had time to look through in any
detail. But, glancing through it, I'm very happy to have such a book. Lots
of diagrams and instructions on making primitive cameras and film holders
(with dimensions on the drawings), etc. Info on 19th century lens designs
and explanations of abberrations, coverage, practicality, etc., as well as
how to make calotypes. I know I will thoroughly enjoy it. The book is very
straightforward and really is sort of primitive as well. Should do well in a
niche market within the alt community.

BTW it is published by Focal Press, list $29.99, ISBN 0-240-80461-9

Joe
