I've spoken to his staff several times in the past few months and found them
very responsive and helpful, though I've never talked to John Cone
personally, nor felt the need to since the information provided by others
answered my questions. Cone Editions seems responsive to me.

I've enrolled in one of their upcoming workshops in March and hope to be
doing some piezography digital negatives during that time. I've ordered the
piezography inks, a continuous ink supply system, and an Epson 1160 printer.
Based on what I've heard from Dan Burkholder and George DeWitt, this list,
and the staff at Cone Editions, the piezography system, Pictorico OHP
transparency material and 1160 seems to be the way to go for (11x14 and
smaller) inkjet negatives. Guess I'll find out soon enough and report back
to the list.
