Thank you Pam. Actually, Google gets its directory database from the Open
Directory Project (www.dmoz.org), which is edited by over 33,000 volunteer
editors. The ODP directory data is used by several of the larger sites
(like Google, Excite, MSN, Netscape, etc). I've been editing the
alternative photo category for a couple of years. If anyone would like to
help edit, the infrared and Polaroid Processes categories need an editor
and I would be glad to help get you started.

Likewise, if anyone has an alt-photo site that is not listed at

         http://www.dmoz.org/Arts/Photography/Alternative/

please submit it.
