With all due respect to Callie Type, whoever s/he may be, his/her ear for
language is dubious. Or perhaps s/he hasn't read Terry King. The rhythm
tonality, and vocabulary -- also the intent -- of Terry's text are
completely different from Richard Maddox. Not to mention that last I
heard, King & Sullivan were good friends. So why would he attack him?
Somehow Terry seems to have become all-purpose bogey man on this list. I
think this is unfair to other bogey persons.
