A macro design can no make miracles. The extension or distortion of the
nose you get when you get to close to a persons face is a completely
geometrical issuse and is only related to the distance to the
subject(assuming rectilinear lenses). The nearer you get to a subject(
in this case the persons nose) the bigger gets this subject in respect
to the background (in this case the rest of the face).
