If the question of this thread has now become *bronzing* the issues may be
broader than previously thought. As Judy has just mentioned, this can be a
problem with VanDyke and it also can occur with other forms of kallitype
and with salter paper. I use these processes only sporadically and have no
clue what causes bronzing, but might there not be a common cause for this
phenomenon? After all you don't expect to solve the problem with salted
paper or kallitype by adding a little platinum!!
Should the bronzing problem become too great consider a switch to carbon.
Never seen any bronzing there!
