Regarding the INDEX?????!!!!!, yes, it does have one. But I don't think
it's alphabetically ordered. It's also not ordered by page numbers. So
at this point, I'm not sure how the entries have been sorted. Maybe
random. Definitely a new, creative concept of indexing!
Actually, I haven't even tried using that index. The book is structured
enough to find any given color within seconds. The power of RAM.
