Long ago I got the Gravity Works contact frame (vile to use, BTW, or I
found it so.... that rubber hose for instance can give you a nasty welt),
which came with supposed "UV transmitting plastic" and also plain glass. I
found difference in time for gum verrrry slight.
Later I tested Starphire supposedly water white glass .... 5 times cost of
regular green glass for top of my Nu Arc vacuum frame when the old one
broke. Time was about the same, but the green glass printed (gum) better.
Go figure...
