I'd like to suggest people use Timothy Whelan Books and Photographic Prints
in Rockport, Maine as a source for this, and all their photography book
purchases. Tim offers great prices and excellent service (with shipping) -
including hard to find and out of print photography books....
mailto:tim@midcoast.com. I spoke to him last weekend and he said he was
ordering copies of Lyle's book on Monday (last). Tim is an incredible
photography resource!
