For those of you who are interested in Le Gray, our own Martin Becka (Paris)
has recently published a small book entitled, "Le Gray as inventor of
photography. Following the path of his discoveries." It is in both French
and English, and is looking at Le Gray as an inventor and technician....
I am not aware of any American bookstores carrying it at the moment, but
Martin mentioned he was trying to make copies available. I am sure Martin
would oblige you directly from Paris if you're interested.
