My books are packed but Keith A Smith has several books on Bookmaking that I
like. The "Structure of the Visual Book" is the one that I really best
because it deals with concepts and challenges your ideas about what a book is
rather than just a discussion on cut and paste. You can still find this book
on Amazon.com. "Cover to cover" is a good one for ideas on how to cut and
paste. Can't remember the author of this one.
