can this TEA TONING be done with prints on any kind of paper?
like RC or is this for fiber based or prints made on water color paper?

Put 5 tea bags in 500ml boiling water. Let cool to lukewarm. Remove the
teabags and immerse a print that has been previously soaked in water into
the tea toner for 5-30 minutes to achieve image stain. The effect will
depend on the paper used, and how long you leave it in. It darkens when it
dries. Make sure the print is evenly wet or else you may find you get a
spotty toning result-which may or may not be to your liking. If you don't
mind unevenness, don't presoak the print.
