Before caulking check that the bellows frames are attached to the camera
properly. There are various methods but typically there will be screws
around the inside periphery for the front and inside the camera at the
rear. Front leaks are likely if the frame isn't fastened tightly. If it
seems fairly tight take it off and see what is interfering with it seating
flatly against the front of the camera. If there is nothing to trim make a
light gasket of thin Duvetyne or velvetine. Ther rear is somewhat more of a
problem since most view cameras have some sort of light trap arrangement
where the bellows frams attaches in the back.
What I suspect is that someone had new bellows made but didn't know how
to install them.
E-mail me off list if I can be of any help.
