And if it were for sale????? I for one do not consider the fiats of one
bad-tempered peremptory lurker (if he's contributed any other wisdom
hereabouts I don't recall it) to be list law.
His comment about "your address is now blocked" is pretty dumb too. In
the first place, since it's often the habit here to include the whole
thread with a reply, "blocking" is a figment, and in the second, if there
were a loss it would be his, as he himself acknowledges.
Obviously, the equipment and material we use here can be very specialized.
And many of us are so busy trying to fine tune little-understood
processes and share that knowledge, we don't have or take the time to go
tootling through sale sites. The occasional offer of specialized item for
sale can be a real service.
The precipitating case of "entire darkroom" for sale may not be
appropriate, but others can on occasion be welcome.
Which is to say....manners please. And common sense.
