When using the plural form of the word "psychotherapist," the preceding
verb should also be plural. As per your statement, it should read:
"Then there ARE all the psychotherapists with MSW degreeS [plural also, since
you have established reference to more than one psychotherapist],
[another comma, to separate the dependent clause] who have no idea what
they are doing. [no run-on sentences!] They often do more harm than good."
