A friend is building himself a larger contact printing frame for his 5x7
negatives, and has asked me to inquire as to the best glass to use.
My first thoughts were to suggest plate glass for flatness and strength....
However, a month or so ago I saw an eBay auction for sheets of glass with a
"higher" UV transmission, but, since "I" was not in need, did not take note
of the vendor.
Can anyone make a better recommendation.. manufacturer and "type" or
"number" of glass that would be best to install?
