Sorry if this sounds like the answer to who's buried in Grant's tomb, but
Clearprint makes Clearprint Vellum.
I purchased my paper through Utrect but I would assume other art stores would
also sell it.
There's a web site

I know that I called them at one point (I think I got the phone number from the
web site) and they were kind enough to send me a fine sample sheets to see to
test the paper.
