There is a small but thriving art community in Boise. You probably won't
find a post-factory gallery but you will find at least one photo lab/gallery
where openness and experimentation are valued. It's in a restored heritage
building downtown (can't recall any more detail -- sorry). The HR park by
contrast is a cramped, crabbed, politically-correct piece of short-lived,
puritanical fluff and not worth more than a passing sigh of regret.
