Very interesting data. Thanks for posting. Will definitely try the
digital negative workflow - this is much better to me since I currently
print B&W digitally and don't want to struggle with wet darkroom
techniques which will force me to deal with hazardous chemicals and dull
trial-error loops.

Many digital negatives made from pigmented inks, even those that appear
completely neutral in tone, function as spectral negatives in that
their actual UV reading, and effective printing density range with UV
sensitive processes, is much greater than one would surmise either by
visual inspection of the negative or by densitometer measurement with a
Visual or Blue channel reading.
