One individual recently posted a message on the B&S web board telling of
their *FIRST* gum experience using the Zimmerman method with blotter
development and it was very positive. They also had a link to their web
site
with scans of their work and it was quite interesting. Very moody prints
of
IR negs made with Paynes Grey and/or Ivory Black.

So it does work.
