I suspect that Luis found something in life that interested him more,
and/or that he carefully weighed the prospects of financial return
for marketing the process and decided against investing the effort
and time that would be required.

However, someone who could probably make Fresson type paper is Dick
Sullivan at Bostick and Sullivan. As some on this list already know
Dick has been working for the past two years on getting a carbon
tissue coating machine up and running. I have been beta testing the
B&S tissue for over a year and it is a very good product. I have no
doubts but that he could also make fresson type paper using the same
equipment if sufficiently motivated.
