I think all these answers are short of the mark. You call in a blackhawk
helicopter to save the man, and get a twofer, shot of the scene and the
rescue. But, you may ask, where do you get that helicopter? You get it
from the punchline of the old joke: "Same place you got that damn
battleship."
Anyway, that's no moral dilemma. The moral dilemma is living with the
results.
