I'm not using the roll stuff but on regular Pictorico sheets II do sometimes
see, however they are on the uncoated side of the film and do not show up in
the final print.
To reduce these I put a piece of plain paper along with the Pictorico in the
loading area and have a blank piece of paper in the out put tray.
This gives the Pictorico a nice smooth surface to ride on as it goes through
the printer and has reduced the scratches.
I didn't think the plastic surface was that rough but having added the plain
paper reduced the scratching considerably.

It's a reasonable assertion.

I've not had any problem with scratching in the past. I've not had any
output from a 7600 either.

I assume you read the Pictorico manager's assertion reposted on this list
that the stock is the same, with the exception of a very slight decrease in
coating, which he claimed would make no difference. This could be the
difference resulting in scratching. The stock looks and feels the same as
the stuff I was buying with Pictorico on the label though.

Anyone else using AccuArt2 on a roll having this problem?
