Just to be clear.

1) Excluding the red and green inks, the inks used in the 9900 are
the same as used in earlier six color Canons.

2) In fact, the dyestuff in the inks (except for the red and green) is
the same as that in EPSON's newer (1270 and forward) dye-based six-color
inkjets. The only difference is in the carrier viscosity and the
dye-stuff density.
