Yes, only bother with RAW if you care what your images look like:-)

It doesn't have much impact on the colour space, although if you use
Capture One it may have better camera profiles. Raw is especially useful
if you are shooting in tricky lighting situations; it doesn't usually give
 much or any greater dynamic range, but does allow more effective use of
the available dynamic range.
