Ok thanks,

AFAIK the new cyanotype need contrasty negatives (dMax around or past 2)
and I understand this is kind of hard to achieve with dye based color
inks - I'm sure there are people that can do it but I couldn't manage to
do it with an Epson 890 myself, then I started to use 3rd party
pigmented pigmented inks with my Epson 1160 and negative density was not
a concern anymore.

As I said before I'm interested in The New Cyanotype because:

1. I need the same (or preferably better) Dmax as double coated
traditional cyanotype but with *SINGLE COATING* (double coating is
wasting my time).

2. I want to be able to print both Van Dyke / Kallitype and Cyanotype
using the same negative (in my current workflow the negatives I prepare
for Cyanotype are way flatter / thinner compared to negatives I prepare
for Van Dyke).

If list members think this is possible, then I will convert to The New
Cyanotype.

Regards,
Loris.
