Hardware Question: monitors

For those people who are using WinXP, what are you using for monitors?

I have been using my NEC Multisync FE1250+ for a long time now, but I
have found that my colours are not matching up very well. I know this
is not a top of the line monitor, and I intend to pick up a much better one.

Does anyone have recommendations for an excellent quality monitor that
can be calibrated and/or has good colour already?
