RE: Hardware Question: monitors Aperture Grill

I have used a number of high end monitors, and recently had the opportunity
to try an HP f2304 flat panel. I was so impressed I went out and splurged. I
love the aspect ratio and being able to work at 1900x1200 pixels in 32 bit
color gives great looking images. Great for working with Photoshop and
Premier - lots of screen real estate. The other use when I want to relax is
watching a DVD movie in true letter box mode :-)

I struggle over this last time I bought a monitor. I settled on ViewSonics's
professional (PF17) series which uses the "Aperture Grill" technology. One
of the sharpest monitors I've ever worked on.
