Yes, Christopher James says it. Classic cyanotype often crystallize even in
standard concentrations, so increasing the concentration may work but you
will have to cope with even greater crystallisation problems (my guess,
didn't try it for myself). Try and see for yourself.

What Christopher James says is to increase the concentration of solution A
(instead of 20% lets do it with 40%) and solution B (instead of 8% lets do
it with 16%)
