Mark et la , Have you only seen this with UC inks? I don't see it with the
UCF from Photo warehouse and Cone inks.

You can leave it face up to dry if you wish-assuming you are using a
substrate that dries quickly and dust won't get embedded. If you are
concerned about that, lay a piece of paper over it that is not rc or plastic
coated so air can get to it.
