Hi Schuyler, I wear u.v. goggles over the top of my glasses when I'm
using my light. I figure that u.v. could sneal in around the edges of me
regular glasses as the lenses aren't big, and like you, I really don't
want to fry my retinas. My mother has quite bad cataracts caused I think
by the high u.v. here in New Zealand, and I don't want to go the same
way.

I was wondering what the more safety conscious of us are wearing for eye
