It occurs to me that when printing gum on surfaces with little or no
inherent tooth, like glass or metal, one might want to deliberately sub
with gelatin that's crosslinked to the point of grittiness, because
anything gritty on the surface is going to give the gum some tooth to
hang onto. Just a thought,
