Subject: help with German gum book

Hi All,
In my gum research I am finding a wealth of stuff coming out of Germany and
Austria. I have had translators translate four of the books that I have
been able to locate in this country, but there is one version that is only
available at one library, below. Is there anyone in Germany who can tell me

where the following university is, and is anyone associated with this
library who can copy this book for me?
Also, any one who speaks German who can tell me what "azetonsulfit" is in
modern day chemistry terms?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
