Here's the website for RCBS scales. RCBS (which stands for Rock Chuck
Bullet Swage) is a company that makes reloading equipment. There are other
companies that make these scales for reloading —they can also be used for measuring
chemicals with alt photo.... there are probably a number of sites for target
shooters that would list used equipment for sale, including electronic scales.
