Slightly OT: large Format Camera

Hi Guys and Gals,

Just supposing that someone had a hardly used Wisner Pocket Expedition 8
x 10 view camera in black, complete with a dozen double filmholders and
three superb Goerz classic lenses and wished to go digital in a modest
way say Sony Cybershot DSC R1 with some bits, what would be the best way
to do it? Would it be a fair exchange? Answers on a postcard :) or
off-list please,
