They don't publish a schedule of how "highly" buffered the papers are, and
though pH may affect gum, we don't know the actual effects, nor if or how
it might affect the actual print with the other ingredients and process
added.

That said, most "art" papers are buffered -- which is why many of them are
NOT good for cyano.

However, if you want to measure the pH of paper (like we need more things
to measure) Light Impressions sells a pH pen which will give a measure of
sorts -- probably crude, but still the gist. And has its uses at all
sorts of moments.
