According to Post Factory issue #5 page 41 by J.S.

To black-tone a blue print (it says in the book):
Soak print in solution containing a copper salt.
Wash. Immerse in ammonium sulphide. Or, copper
solution can be added to the sensitizer. (if it works,
send an e-mail)

In fact this entire (almost) issue is dedicated to Cyanotype
