Don't you have to use concentrated HCl to make Aqua Regia? The formula that
I know is 1 part HNO3 + 3 parts HNO3 (both concentrated).

Could someone tell me what percentage the technical grade muriatic acid
(HCL) sold as masonary and brick cleaner in hardware stores is? Has anyone
used this for creating Aqua Regia?
