polaroid camera question

Hi all, can someone tell me if there is a polaroid camera that uses the 59 film (used for image transfers), or what camera models that will accept the 4x5 back? Specifically, I want to use a camera with 4x5 #59 film to make some exposures off of a flat screen monitor. Any suggestions? thanks, jt
