Gelignite is nitrocellulose dissolved in nitroglycerin and soaked into wood
pulp and a nitrate. It's kind of a poor cousin of dynamite. I am sure that
David said gelignite instead of gelatin in honor of the recent OT Nobel prize
discussion, as Nobel is credited with the invention of gelignite as well as
dynamite.
