Hi,
Are you sure you are not going in excess?
I had some of your troubles and I just change my back wooden plate or door
by an acrilic or pvc type of very hard material that it will not bent at any
circunstances, obvoiusly there is not a wing side or something like where
you can see how it is coming.
I am printing 1 mts X 0.80 cmts kind of, even on platinum and gum
bichromatate.
