...and the used unit is the route I'd take, too. In fact, I did just that
and bought one off of eBay for $28 a couple or three years ago (an Amergraph
1.5kw unit with an integrator and vacuum table built-in). It cost six times
that to ship it from Nashville to Phoenix (and a new bulb was around $100,
if I remember correctly), but it has been worth every penny.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, the lights seem kind of far apart as though
there should be two other bulbs in there. I do have a really good 11x14
contact printing frame and a homemade vacuum frame. I'm considering building
the box but Jon's response about solar plate exposure has me thinking about
checking out used exposure units.
