You can buy them from Sigma, and other scientific lab suppy houses.

"Bisepoxides" is a term referring to a group of compounds which have
two epoxy functional groups. Some are less toxic than others. I posted
a long report on these agents some time ago. It works well, the only
disadvantage is that I have to let the sized paper sit at room
temperature for a week before coating with emulsion, but if you coat
in large batches, this shouldn't be a problem at all.
