There's a recipe out there to add potassium phosphate monobasic to
potassium oxalate developers for blue-black tones, which I would like to
try. However, Photo Formulary's only got potassium phosphate dibasic.
Does this matter? Can I get away with using dibasic instead of mono?
What's the difference?

Thanks,
Camden Hardy
