congrats, it looks good.
It seems to me that you have worked in a pretty dry environment. The first print shows the mottling/speckling that is typical if printing with a totally dried down emulsion. The second one has the gradation of a print made with an emulsion in a humidified environment.
If you´ve really got tap water with a ph of 6-6.5 you are lucky!
