Well gosh, I "tried" to be clear what with all the steps in text form
and screen shots of the print dialog box settings for the 2200. And
there's a full discussion (but no nerd stuff) on how to set Color
Management too. All that stuff (and more) in included in the "Inkjet
Negative Companion" at the following:

I don't have specific curves for Van Dyke and Cyanotype but workshop
students have made negs for those processes with minor modifications to
the template curves.
