This may be obvious, but was the Sulphamic Acid solution heated as you
tried to dissolve the Silver Oxide? I have mixed this sensitizer many
times keeping the Sulphamic Acid at about 125 degrees F and stirring
constantly, I have never had any problem dissolving the Silver Oxide.
